Luisa Girondo (PhD), main researcher
She is the main researcher of the DIDACMAT research group of the DEIM (Department of Computer Science and Mathematics) at the University Rovira i Virgili (URV) since the 1989-1990 course. She is involved permanently in the formation of mathematics teachers and the research of learning in problem solving with primary school students.


Carme Julià (PhD)
She received her Bachelor in Mathematics in 2002 at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and her Ph. D. degree in Computer Science (major in Robotic Vision) at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Since 2008, she has been part of the teaching and researching staff of the DEIM (Department of Computer Science and Mathematics) at the University Rovira i Virgili (URV). Currently, she is lecturer at the DEIM and also teaches in the area of Didactics of Mathematics in pre-kindergarten and primary education. Her research is focused on the improvement of the teaching and learning process of the mathematics.


Gerard Fortuny (PhD)


Carme Olivé (PhD)
She is a professor of mathematics of the DEIM (Department of Computer Science and Mathematics) at the University Rovira i Virgili (URV) since 2012. She received her Bachelor in Mathematical Science at the University of Barcelona (UB) and her Ph. D. degree at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) in 2006. She is a teacher of Primary Education, as well as a professor in the majors of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering in Services and Telecommunications Systems. Recently, she has developed interest in research about improvement of the teaching and learning process of mathematics.

Míriam Segura (PhD)
She is a professor of Primary Education specialised in Physical Education. She received her Bachelor in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences at the University Ramon Llull (URL) in 2006, and her Ph. D. degree in Pedagogics at the University Rovira i Virgili (URV) in 2013. Since 2009, she is part of the teaching and researching personnel at the Pedagogic Department of the URV. Currently, she is a professor in the area of Service Comission in the URV Tierras del Ebro Campus, and teaches Physical Education and Psychomotricity in pre-kindergarten and primary education. Her research is focused in the didactic of such areas, as well as Physical Activity in informal education.
